I completed their online pricing form to sell them six empty inkjet cartridges and Terry sent me a prepaid shipping label. Terry failed to mention I didn't meet the 25 cartridge minimum. Terry knew the number of cartridges I was sending from the online pricing form I completed. The pricing form made no mention or reference to any minimums or packing lists. I would suggest doing an internet search before selling to TonerBuyer.com (alternate name -- Image Craft). I waited until after I had a problem and found one individual who claims to have sent 9 cases of toner cartridges but only received payment for 7. Another person who claimed to have sent 65 inkjet cartridges but was told their minimum was 100 cartridges. There were several people like myself, sent less than 25 cartridges and received no payment or a reduced payment. A few people also mentioned they didn't receive payment because they failed to include a required packing slip. Their pricing may be better than most but not placing their minimum quantities or shipping requirements prominently on their website rules them out as a company to sell cartridges to, at least for me. I have been sending toner cartridges to the various online companies for 4 or 5 years now. And the past 3 to Image Craft. This was the first company that I have never had any problems. I live in Hawai'i and it is really hard to find one that will pay the shipping cost from here. But they do. And I have never had to pay anything for shipping. They mail me postage paid UPS labels or if I need them right away they will email them to me and I just print them out and they always contain tracking numbers. As for getting paid, their turn around is some where’s around month, I think that could be speeded up some. But my suggestion to them would be to pay via PayPal. That would save them a lot of time, paper work, envelopes, stamps and of course ink. Plus PayPal has excellent record keeping that they just print out..
