HAHAHA - Thank you to Ritz Florist for taking an order of 200 carnations 3 1/2 weeks prior to an event and not having the flowers on day of pickup. I had verified the order 6 different times within the 3 weeks via telephone due to their book keeping errors regarding payment of this large order. At no point did they apologize for putting me in a bind, and they took no claim to making a mistake. When I called to verify pickup time, the local store clerk yelled at me on the phone that it was not her problem. When contacting the owner/manager at Martin Florist in Birmingham for who I placed the order with, she would not talk with me and had her front clerk again say it wasn't their problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING! The sad thing is they remember taking the order, they just couldn't fill the order. This was the worst customer service ever. ...read more

I've used Ann's Balloons and Flowers for years. They send beautiful flowers, yummy snack baskets and they decorate with balloons. I've had them help me decorate for several birthday parties with balloon arches and balloon bouquets. ...read more

The flowers were nice and fresh however they were not very well arranged in the vase (more like just stuck in there) and it was way too skimpy an arrangement for 77.00. Florist really need to realize flowers are a luxury in this economy and if they don't at least give people the sense they are getting what they pay for then that luxury item can easily be avoided. I will not be using this florist again nor would I recommend it to anyone. ...read more
