Dr. Soong has been my daughters pediatrician since she was born 15 months ago and does a great job. However; the office staff and the other doctors at Acton Road Pediatrics are rude. I was told by the lady at the front desk that she could not pre-schedule an appointment and just to show up when they open and Dr. Soong would see her. When I arrived at 8:15am I was told they could not see her because doctor Soong was not there. I asked if there was any way another doctor could see her and they said no. When I asked why, they said because they did not have a single doctor in the building. As I was standing at the front desk having this conversation, I watched a doctor walk by. No one would take 5 minutes to look at my daughters foot. No one was waiting ahead of me, I was the only person in the building. If a pediatrician's office will not take five minutes out of the day to see my child something is wrong. It just made me realize that was not the right doctor for my child. I signed release papers that day and changed my child's pediatrician. Also, one time they prescribed my child an antibiotic with penicillin in it, after I told them she had an allergic reaction to penicillin previously. ...read more

This surgeon is the worst of bed side manners and will not fully explain what your problem is. He will order over many MRI's just to keep you hanging and run up cost. His bed side manner is terrible and he will yell at you. I would not recommend this surgeon as he did my surgery and did not help me one bit. ...read more

Who gave Dr. Michel the license to even BE a certified physician??? Absolutely the most unprofessional & heartless person that I have ever met! Came barging into my room all "matter of fact" right off the bat. Would NOT even let ME (the patient) get ONE WORD in at all. Rolled his eyes so far back in his head the entire time he was talking w/ no disregard at all!! Most disrespectful doctor you will ever encounter. Here's a "tip" after NOT even being treated and getting my copay back & LEAVING...... QUIT YOUR DAY JOB!!!!! Just TERRIBLE! ...read more
