I'm sure this is a great place for the guitar aficionado, but they don't seem to treat outsiders to kindly. I took a new banjo in to get it setup and ask about lessons. I walk in the store to see two guys sitting on a couch eating sandwiches. I stood at the counter for a minute or two until one of them asks me if I need anything. I explained what I needed and they call the owner in to help me out. Turns out one of them worked there. The owner had what I needed and seemed like a nice old fellow, but the experience as a whole was lacking. While I waited, several phone calls were fielded in the main floor area. After the callers hung up they would comment on the absurdity of the questions being asked. In my opinion they all seemed a bit pompous and full of themselves. I went in to buy a cheep horn, they set me up with a rent program that gave me alot of options. i have told other parents about the rental program bailey brothers has and many were sorry they had gone with the company they were renting from.
