I called the rental booth and they promised the manager would call back. The manager never did call back so then my party was ruined since the entire theme was ruined. I called back two days later to tell them what happened and how I couldn't be charged. They said it was not their problem that it did not work and charged me $3500 extra as 'late fee' since I did not bring it back the next day. On top of that they were extremely rude an awful even though I told them it was late because I had to fly to Texas to see my brother who just got diagnosed with a bad cancer.
