I am a member of a red hat group from Athens, Al. We made reservations at Canebrake so they were expecting us. We waited forever for drinks, ask for desserts first (as Red Hatters do) and were told that they were out of top two desserts, duh. Then orders took forever, everyone around us got served but us. I was thru with my meal before a few of our group even got served. They ran out of sweet tea. I will never eat at this place again. I felt that members came in all around us and got served before we did. We were told that they only had one cook, had a large wedding for the weekend, and several other events that they were planning for. Not our problem, we had reservations and were not treated fairly.
