I would give zero stars if I could. These guys skip picking up trash as often as not, and when they do, it is thrown all over the yard. They have punched a big hole in the trash bin. When I call to get the trash picked up, they lie to me and say they will be out the next day, but they never come and my trash sits in the sun. I know that trash collectors are not selected for brains, but they should still be hardworking and honest. I have found these guys to be neither ...read more

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE! I CAN ONLY HOPE I CAN FIND ENOUGH PEOPLE WITH COMPLAINTS IN MY CITY TO GO TO THE CITY WITH A PETITION AND ASK THEM TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
