Called them about vehicle listed on craigslist. Guy said they still had it. Explained I was over an hour away and wanted to make sure the vehicle would be there when I came in. told guy I had vehicle to trade in. He said they were not really interested in trading. Never heard that from a car dealer. Anyway said he'd do some checking and call me back but never did. Apparently these people don't care about their customers, past, present or future. stopped buy not really needing a car, but when i looked at their inventory it had the best prices i could find anywhere, and the nicest cars, ended up cutting a deal with jim on a chevy suburban and bought it 2000.00 back of kelly blue book, 2 days after i bought the car one of the windows quit working and called jim and he said drop it off and they would take care of it, 3 hrs later he called back and said it was ready to go, did not charge me a dime. really liked these guys and will not buy anywhere else in the future. ...read more
