Horrid and rude customer service. Quoted several different prices for the same job. After being told that it would be a 10-30 dollars for the setup depending on how much work they had to do. They were submitted 3 different formats of cards with the instructions if they had to make any alterations that they were to contact me and I would make them as to keep costs down. After placing the order and having the formatting done it has taken a full 5 business days to get a small order of 100 business cards done. They attempted to charge me the full $30 for the setup of the card that I had created and formatted. If you need any printing services done, I went to the FedEx store and they were able to complete the same job giving me 250 cards for the same price that Ink Spot attempted to charge me for the 100. I will never use them again and recommend that people not use them. I am a big supporter for small businesses and would rather use a small local business, but when it's hampered by poor management, inconsistent prices, and a very slow turn around you have to go elsewhere. PS If you want to support a small business and not deal with all the extra BS, it's worth the drive to anchorage to go see Alaska Printing. Twice the value with 10 times the selection. ...read more

The owner seemed immediately annoyed when my Girlfriend and I needed to ship presents right before Christmas Eve. She asks the owner why his hours are mis listed on the internet, and he immediately starts asking us if we sent him a nasty letter, getting in my face calling me a dumba** and saying f*** you. I was completely dumbfounded!! I'm a younger guy but does that make it okay to harass your costumers!? My whole time there he thought I wrote him this bad letter.. I wasn't going to lose my cool in front of my girl but the owner embarrassed himself enough anyway.
