Of course my furnace goes out on Thanksgiving just to kick off my day and I wake up to my house settling at at crisp 58 deg. I called Residential Plumbing and Heating (claiming to be taking emergency calls) and the woman who answered the phone sounded as if I was the one who ruined her whole day. I have never spoken to anyone so rude or been treated so badly as a customer. I don't know where her place is in the company, but they need to work on customer service.
