Stopped into Woodway after deciding to buy a pellet stove. The sales associate was nice and helpful. This was my first time there, but my husband had been doing research for several weeks. While we were there, the sales guy told us that since they would no longer be selling Harmon Pellet stoves that they were trying to sell off the last few. He went and got a new price sheet, and told us how many units were left in stock. We wanted to measure to see which unit would fit better, so we did not but that day. When we called back a few days later to make sure that the stove we had selected was still in stock so we could stop by to purchase it, we were told by a different associate that they would no longer honor that price. We questioned that this could not be right and verified that they would not honor a quoted price and he stated no.
