We had out hot tub for 6 years then we got it winterized last fall and de-winterized this summer. When it was de-winterized, the cover was found to be waterlogged and needed to be replaced (new covers cost $700). The hot tub didn't work properly after de-winterizing and after troubleshooting, they told it would cost more than it was worth to repair. Charged us another $200 to haul it away. They refused to offer us any deal on the essentially unused cover, even though an employee told us they sometimes did. The manager repeatedly didn't return calls (at least 5) and eventually had an underling give us the bad news. I LOVED this spa, but the customer service left a taste so sour we will buy our next spa from someone else. We spent >$1,000 with this company in the last year and now have a cover and no tub. Tub had several problems after de-winterizing and they eventually told us it was going to cost more than it was worth to fix it. Another $200 to haul it away. We asked them to give us a deal on the unused cover and were told that they sometimes did, but the manager never returned phone calls--eventually had an underling do the dirty work. We have given them over $1,000 in the last year and don't have a hot tub anymore. I loved this tub and probably would have bought another from them, but not after this customer service experience.
