I took my 7 year old son there in June 2013. There were several children and adults purposely ramming each other. Now I am in no means a whiner. But what drew the line for me was this. My son and I were spun into the wall and and got stuck since the car doesn t have reverse. No big deal. However, while sitting and waiting for an attendant to come give us a hand. An adult, not a child, rammed our car on the side and full speed. Hurt my boy s head and my arm. The manager/owner, Chris I believe was his name, stood on the track while all of this happened. When I said something to him, he said well a we can t really enforce anything. When I asked for a refund on my remaining tickets, he rudely told me no. The adult in the car that hit us, disappeared otherwise I would have given him a piece of my mind. I understand go karts can rub and bump. But when it becomes a crash em derby, I will have to draw the line. Had Mr. Chris kicked the guy that hit us off the track or yelled at him or even apologized, I would not be too upset.
