It is going right underneath the slab and he didn't even report it. The back patio has 4X4 posts holding up the roof attached with drywall screws and no brackets, he didn't report it. The house has beems supporting the floor that are ready to give out, and the house is about ready to cave in, and he treats it as a minor structuall issue. I'm not a contractor and neither is he.
