I went in very skeptical of what the results would be. I personally have a hard time controlling what I eat, but the diet isn't that strict. I was very happy with the service. The staff is very nice and make you feel right at home. I lost a total of 8in in 3 weeks. I absolutely recommend this for anyone with a little excess weight in an unwanted area.
