I recently used Ak Dream Catering for my wedding reception. The food was outstanding! However, throughout the planning process, Jan was very hard communicate with. I would not receive emails back and she said "something was wrong" with one of our emails; I had not had any problems w/ other emails. At the set up for the reception, her employee was 2 hours late. At the reception, the service was sub-par. It was very hard to get the attention of the servers and when we did, it took forever to get what we asked for. Also, the cheese fondue was not brought out, as we had discussed for the menu, and it was even on the menu cards! I also don't feel that the food was left out long enough for people to go back for seconds, if they wished. However, many of these problems were in the background, so my guests did not even notice, it was still very frustrating.
