The Worst experience with car dealership. Had my transmission replaced one year ago with $5000 new that is factory warrantied for two years. Transmission starts leaking and as it required by warranty I took car to Anchorage Continental Volvo. It took two weeks to get appointment and after dealership inspected and determined that warrantied transmission need repair; car was parked at the dealership with no work done for a week. No one calls to update on the progress. To get update you need to call and wait online or leave a message that will not be returned. Now I was told that it would take another week to fix my car because there are few customers ahead of me. My suggestion to potential Volvo buyers is to stay away from this franchise and take your business somewhere else. ...read more

My experience started with a co-worker influenced me to test drive a Mercedes Benz C3004Matic. I received a call from Torez, a salesman@MB. My wonderful experienced started when I spoke with Torez. Torez ask me what my needs were. I told Torez, I need a winter car, a car that was black on black, sunroof and good on gas. I towed my trade in vehicle to Cal's Worthington located on Gamble Street. I was a little nervous about sharing where my trade vehicle was with Torez. My trade vehicle was unable to start and was giving me trouble. Torez's compassionately calmed me down, talked with me and listen to everything I shared with him about my experiences that I had with Cal Worthington and I needed a vehicle right now. Torez smiled at me and I smiled back, Torez made me feel totally at peace. Torez immediately located a Black on Black C3004Matic Mercedes Benz, explained and demonstrated nearly every feature in the 2011 C3004Matic. I feel and know I can go to Torez at anytime and Torez will meet my needs with a customer first attitude. Torez explained exceptional well anything I asked him about MB models. Torez sold me the perfect car for me with low mileage. I have told all my friends and co-workers about Torez and MB. I will continue to tell anyone that needs a car to go to Torez. Torez took me to Cal Worthington in my new 2011 C3004Matic and gave me maximum and fair value for my trade. Torez's skills are remarkable. Torez was able to convince his boss after I signed an appraisal value form for my trade and a disclosure that my trade vehicle, even though it need fixed, that my trade appraisal was what my trade was worth. I observed how customer friendly and intelligent Torez is when he was dealing with the gal at Cal Worthington. I was able to go to my trade and show Torez how important my trade was. Torez did not degrade my trade and Torez made me feel like a valued customer that a millionaire. Torez is an asset to MB, Cal Worthington and any Company or place of business. Torez is honest, knowledgeable , knows how to find answers and has exceptional people skills. Torez, I would like to publically thank you and the Mercedes team & Cal Worthington.Thank-you.
