I have found them to be completely dishonest. Even after always paying rent on time and getting the property rented before moving out, they still wouldn't give me a reference because their secretary discriminates against minorities and military personnel and had a personal vendetta against me. They also took their time returning my friends deposit. STAY AWAY! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! DISHONEST! RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Do you research. There are so many negatives experiences with them. This business is not the type that could be sued for MALPRACTICE. Regardless, they are not being sued. I have worked with Homes Unlimited's Rona Florio and the short story is you cannot find anyone with more integrity or concern for her clients. Professionalism out the roof. If you rent from this guy expect to get zero service , to be blamed for all things that go wrong in the house, lose your damage deposit, and have him threaten your job (I'm not kidding) and threaten to sue you in court over and above the damage deposit. This is for a rental paid on time every month and left clean. I reported one particular problem in the home without response multiple times so stopped calling him about minor problems early on in the time we rented.
