I am interested in your property, the 4th street theater in Anchorage Alaska. I do not have the capital to purchase it, but have some terrific ideas for it's use. \r\n I am originally from Louisiana, my personality, and culinary skills will attest to that without me telling you. I have friends in the areas surrounding Anchorage, and was told about the theater by them. \r\n I envision, a working theater,with a cajun/creole/rustic Americana themed restaurant to accompany it. \r\n I am trained and certified by OSHA, and FEMA in safety, and could oversee the renovations.
