Like most people during the holidays, I don't have a lot of time to waste writing reviews. However, after forty-three years of living in Alaska I can say this has to be the worst customer service I have "ever" experienced. If there was a ZERO star I would click it. Don’t get me wrong…All the individuals working there are polite and courteous. However, they’re totally unreliable when it comes to calling/e-mailing when they say they will.
