I have been going to First Care for many years and will continue to go. I have Blue Cross insurance and I leave there paying my co-pay my and insurance covers the rest. My entire family gets excellent medical care from this clinic. I highly recommend giving this place a chance because I have never had a negative experience in all my years as a patient of First Care. Who else can see you or your sick child at 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm except for the emergency room? I prefer this urgent care clinic without a doubt :) ...read more

I used to like this clinic till I tried for 4 days to get a provider to talk to me on the phone in person. I will not be returning to this clinic, all I wanted was to speak to a provider in person and all I got was office workers relaying messages and to me this is unacceptable. I felt avoided and that my concerns were not important enough to be addressed by the providers to me in person (or by phone). Find someplace that will treat you like you matter. ...read more
