Abundant Air and Water

Absolutely horrible experience. I would say it was actually theft. Abundant Air is merging with an appliance company "Wayne" and my services were charged through both companies. Wayne stole $450 from me by not completing the job on our Ice Maker which is over 2 months old. He has lied to me 7 different times saying he was sending a service tech out and never doing so nor rescheduling until we call him. His voice mail doesn't work so it's almost impossible for him to call you back. He said the part that we needed had to be special ordered from Japan, yet another lie....I found it last night for $49.00 and am expecting it to deliver in 2 days.

Caren and Mark at Abundant Air who processed a portion of the $450 payment tell me they can do nothing to help me and that is solely Wayne's responsibility. Basically tough luck.


I would run the other way before doing business with these people again.

I had them out in the middle of the night when our air conditioning went out. They came out within and hour of us calling and were very professional. They also charged us a little more for the service call, but understandible because it was like 2 am!!! I will def be calling them back in the future!-too hot for no air in Texas!

I give this business 5 stars! I tried them out after recieving a coupon in the mail. I had trouble with my air conditioning for years and needed to buy a new one, but i was low on money. Well to my surprise they let me finance more than half of the unit so I didn't break the bank. They also quoted me a price that beat 3 other companies in the area. The Family owned christian business has been in business for over 10 years and has had an a+ rating with the better business bureau for 6 years!
