He talks a good game but when it's time to produce the work is when you see that they are nowhere near being professionals, they are liars, and scammers. Came to our house gave a quote to level off the back yard and lay grass, stated in his quote that if they broke something in the process they would repair. Day 1 when they came with the dirt they drove a huge dump truck into the back yard and busted the water pipe to the sprinkler system tore up the grass in our yard as well as my neighbor’s yard. Took down the fence to get into the back yard did not put the fence back up, left their lunch trash in the back yard. Called him several times to come back out and finish the job they promised. They will not return our calls nor can you find them to repair the mess they made. He thinks he has gotten away with this but he has not heard the last of this customer. We will be filing a law suit against the Able Brothers.

don't walk away - run . scam artist without a doubt .

Wanted to sprig my yard. Faked getting hurt. Tried to sue. Low-lifes pretending to work to make a living.

If you use this company please be advised that he is a crook!! My husband had to call 911 to get him off our propertry. He threatened to return and promised us that nothing would ever grow in our yard and that we haven't seen the last of him. Had to issue a no tresspassing and press charges. NEVER leave him alone with your wife or children could be dangerous. Like others say below he does talk a great talk and sells you the beautiful picture that he knows what he is doing but that isn't the case. Wish I could upload a photo to show you. A MESS!

Mr. Able is an excellent salesperson and convinced me he was the man for the job. I too paid upfront as I was leaving to go out of town. He promised to check on the sodded areas to insure they were ok yet we found the new sod mostly browned out upon our return despite much watering. The holly tree his crew trimmed was hacked up badly and the weeding we paid for wasn't completed. ...huge disappointment and he won't return my calls. Sad because I'd have given him all of my lawn care work.

On 3/26/12, Harry Able & a helper, sprigged parts of our lawn, with a written promise to come back in 6 wks (if I called, & I did) to fertilize plus he guarantees work performed. He was pd the full amt requested up front which I guess was a mistake. I can't get him to fulfill any of his obligations - & he has no activated voice mail. What a disappointment! I would not use him again, nor would I recommend him. Another lesson learned & chalked up to having faith. He has a knack for selling himself, but he doesn't have the backbone to back it up!

I gave this "company" 1 star, only because ZERO was not an option! Their salesmanship seems sincere and honest, but their delivery of work is much less than what they describe that they will do. Their work is sloppy and they left my yard in a mess after. Because I felt it was my fault that I misunderstood what they would deliver, I felt compelled, as an honest person, to pay them the agreed-upon amount; however, I would not recommend them to anyone for future services! They will be reported to our homeowners association as a warning to other residents in our neighborhood. I am not the only resident that this company has duped......BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'D GIVE IT 0 STARS IF IT HAD THAT CATEGORY. Harry (?) Able showed up and sprigged the front lawn.Paid him for that and wanted him to rototill part of the lawn. Paid him in advance because he said he needed $75 to rent the rototiller. He never showed up and never answered phone calls leaving messages.
Have cancelled check and intend to check with police for restitution

Mr. Able showed up at my door and promised to do some landscaping and sidewalk repair. Unfortunately I paid him before the work was finished and he never showed up to finish removing the wood frame from the sidewalk and left a mess in our front yard. I would NOT recommend this company.
