I will never go here again! I always call for a quote before hand for anything really, and the "owner" quoted me a price. I purposely never mention that I have a coupon or discount card so I get the raw cost.After getting a quote I ask him if they accept a advertised coupon I got in the mail. He says yes. I go and it is tacky and a true hole in the wall. I still proceed. I tell him I want to keep my hair long since my hair is about to my lower back but I tell him he can take a little off BUT I WANT TO KEEP IT LONG! My hair comes to my bicep which is about a foot and a half at least off. I even brought pictures to show him how I wanted it but still I guess he stopped listening. To make things worst he overcharges me. I mention that I have a coupon and he said I know, the price I gave you is the price after the coupon. I said, but you quoted me before even knowing I had a coupon?! Now, according to the way the place looked I was surprise at the cost he was trying to charge me. I paid and later I call back and tell them that I still think they over charged me. He sticks to the story that he quoted me the coupon price and how I could ever think that all that would cost so little? I said "cause that is what usually happenes when you offer coupons and discounts to get people to come in, you give them a good deal for the first visit to establish new clients!" I told him that he was promoting false advertisment and that he needs to be clearer. Then he just hung up on me.I guess that is what I expect from someone to joke about an incident like a heavy-set client falling in his salon. Im not kidding, he was so rude saying is that why we have a cracks on the ground? His co-worker was like "I dont think she will press charges" and he said "I should charge her for property damage!" I was amazed at the fact that he has to blame the deterioration of his run down salon a helpless paying client who fell and got hurt. DO YOU WANT TO GO HERE AFTER HEARING THIS?
