York Insurance Group

I have the bad luck to have York be the carrier of the Worker's Comp insurance that covers my work injury. Despite a judgement to include any future/continued medical care, my injury acted up and I contacted them. I followed all their instructions, which included THEIR authorization for consults, MRI, RX's etc. Surgeon and other Dr. both stated surgery required and it was scheduled. However, NOW (6 days before) they state they are denying coverage until an additional QME is done and the earliest for that is 3/21. Meantime, while waiting for them, I have been in a lot of pain and lost considerable mobility of my entire arm with no guarantee it will ever return. These people are idiots and their excuse is their examiner(s) were new and didn't understand??? This is my fault because??????
