Ted has been sued over and over. The eviction court judge said he sees his face in court so often, it annoys him! STAY AWAY! They like taking you to court and charging you for things that aren't your responsibility. Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business? For example, the street I lived on had four good families move out after this company took over property management. BAD reflection on the owners as well.
