Great care, very good doctors and nurses! Very efficient also. Doctors here have experience and are trustworthy.

Brought my son in with difficulty breathing and a low grade fever. They treated him with Albuterol, and then told me that he had to be transported to the ER because his heart rate was too fast. After declining the Ambulance because I don't have an extra $500 laying around, I took him to the ER myself. ER diagnosed him with Croup and sent us home after five hours. Because I declined the ambulance, the Urgent Care "doctor" (who couldn't diagnose croup) reported me to Social Services. Now I have a caseworker investigating my family and a $700 ER bill to deal with. CAN I SUE THE DOCTOR FOR MY E.R. BILL NOW? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS CLINIC LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Cant leave a zero, but even thats not LOW ENOUGH!!! They love to cancel appointments, and not even call to let you know.. They'll say " WE LEFT YOU A MESSAGE" , but check when you get home, THERE # NEVER EVEN SHOWS UP ON CALLER ID, AND THERES NO MESSAGE!!! I've been WAITING 9 WEEKS for paper work to be filled out by Dr. Dibble (starting to wonder if he IS a doctor). Hes filled it out in the past meny times, NOW I CAN'T EVEN FIND OUT WHY HE WONT!!! I've been lied to REPEATEDLY by OTHER STAFF, as he WONT EVEN TALK TO ME!!! WAS TOLD THEY " CALLED 8 TIMES, AND LEFT YOU A MESSAGE!" BY TARA, PROBLEM IS WHEN I CHECKED MY VOCIE MAIL ... NOT 1 MESSAGE! That was the FRIST OF MENY FLAT OUT LIES!!!! When she and others on the staff was PROVEN WRONG, & CALLED OUT ABOUT THE LIES, WAS THEN DROPED AS A PATIENT!!! THATS THE KIND OF HEALTH CARE WE CAN DO WITH OUT!!! IF YOU HAVE A FRIEND WITH A DULL SAW, LARGE HAMMER, OLD PYLERS, COUPLE ASPIRIN, AND WED M.D. YOUR RESULTS WOULD BE BETTER!!!
