Three Spruce Landscape

My mom's building contractor uses Three Spruce. She moved in to her new Mechanicsburg home last fall (2010). She is STILL WAITING for five shrubs Three Spruce owes her, per the contract. She has called them numerous times, asking for them to please put the shrubs in, and she's been given numerous dates when "they will be planted." The dates come and go, and no one shows up (though they are still working in her development). My mom loves gardening and is so disappointed in Three Spruce. This summer she finally filed a complaint with the BBB (and told Three Spruce on the phone that she had done so) - still nothing. This company obviously does not care about taking care of customers - just get their money and then it's, "See ya, 'bye!" We're all for supporting local small businesses, but when they provide service like this, she'd have been better off getting her landscaping done through Lowe's.
