Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services Inc

Trying to get them to print out a Release of Lien is nearly impossible. I paid my loan off over year ago. I want to donate the car Kars 4 Kids and went to look for the title and realized that I have lost the title. When I paid it off I never thought to go to DMV because it was marked paid in full. DMV still shows the title in the name of Texas Car Title and Payday Loan Services, Inc. No problem I thought. I'll just go to the Waxahachie office and get a copy of the original and a business card of the manager. That is when I was told she could not even print out the Release. I went back to DMV and wont repeat what they said. So If anyone knows why or how I can get Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. to give me a copy of the original Release of Lien I would appreciate it.

Once I paid off my car, it took 3 days for someone to call me and tell me where to pick up my car. When I arrived at my "appointment" time, I had to wait 30 minutes. Once I received the car, items had been stolen from the vehicle. Shockingly, nobody would take responsibility. They just kept pointing the finger at someone else. HORRIBLE COMPANY

they prey on the poor and needy. NEVER use them. does anybody have a contact number for an attorney that has been successful in fighting them? Houston or Dallas Texas area
