Best French Restaurant in San Diego, since 1998
Tapenade has been awarded best french during multi occasions, and this statement reflects in the delightful dishes on the menu. There are two parts on the menu, one side represents the "classic" the other side the "season". Chef Diot utilizes what best the season has to offer and makes his menu change all along the year. You will be surprise at finding a "Game" season. But Tapenade also has a bar with an interesting bar menu that you can share with happy hour rate martini and wine.
Tapenade food reflects a bistro. Diot had received 3 star from tne New York Times during his 10 year stint in New York where he was owning Park Bistro and Les Halles.
