Tanning Beds

This place is dirty and the beds do not get hot at all and I only tanned there 2 or 3 times and did not like it at all the beds are so old then you do not even feel the heat from the beds then when I wanted out they do not let you out of the contract so I was stuck paying every month until my year was up and of course I canceled my membership as soon as it was up but in the mean time I was paying for something I was not using very unhappy with this place and would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff was not to nice either oh the other thing is they did not even have a towel or a mirror in the rooms this was the first salon I ever seen this dirty and still using the real old beds now people go tanning to feel the heat along with get tanned so do not understand why the beds where cold!!! DONT GO HERE VERY DIRTY AND THE BEDS ARE COLD!!!!

This place is dirty. Even employees and managers of other locations agree, but their locations are dirty also. Every Tanning Bed location I've seen is DIRTY.

After complaining about four times to Tanning Bed, and having them completely brush me off, I ended my membership. This wasn't before I began bringing Clorox Bleach Wipes into the bed with me, because these people DO NOT CLEAN THEIR BEDS, and they don't really have to, because they are the Wal Mart of tanning salons. I'm just a number to them. Well, this number, as well as TWO OTHER numbers I know, got a BACTERIAL INFECTION from using this or other Tanning Bed locations. The beginning of the signs of infection are documented, and it coincides with the first complaint letter I sent to these jerks. THERE IS NO QUESTION OR DOUBT THAT I GOT AN INFECTION FROM USING TANNING BED'S DIRTY, ILL-KEPT BEDS. The girls who work there would rather talk on the phone than do any work, and the company doesn't care that THEY HAVE THE PUBLIC'S HEALTH ON THEIR HANDS.
