Went through the 16 week body transformation program and went from size 12 to size 4. It was hard work but so very worth it. Also taught me some kettlebell moves

So they started their own place - hardcore, old-school facility. (The equipment and style of training makes it hardcore - but it's clean and equipment is labeled to help beginners and intermediates like me.) Anyway, this isn't a big commercial center but it has all you need to get strong, lean, sexy and toned. This Dallas - Preston Hollow location is the perfect Venue for all personal training. It's on the second level so there isn't anyone passing by peering in at you. This place is awesome for getting a great workout. The staff is sooo friendly, patient, and helpful. It is comfortable for anyone from beginner to advance bodybuilder.
