I bought a low cost date coding printer (Preza) from these people and it has not worked since the day I bought it..Tech support is non existent and customer service is terrible. They only want to sell more products once you own this printer and not interested in helping get it working properly.

I cannot deal with this printer nor this company any longer. I am now forced to buy a new one from another company and discard the one I bought from these people. I own a small company and this was a big purchase for me and it no longer works.

They are very nice when you are chatting about making a purchase but beware once you make the purchase you won't believe how this changes. They are TERRIBLE!
