Square ONE

Before I came to see Dr. Chris, I was in pain from head to toe. I had trouble sleeping and day-to-day activities were hard for me to accomplish. I didn't think there was anything I could do other than taking medicine to relieve the pain. Since I starting coming, I've been getting at least six hours of sleep a night. I am no longer having as much troble performing my duties at work or at home and my medicine intake has decreased significantly. Thank goodness my wonderful girlfriend referred me!

So far I have been able to get better range of motion and can breathe without pain in my back. Hopefully I can eventually get back to no pain at all, but at this point I think it is too soon to be totally done. Headaches have lessened, I can sleep for longer periods of time and I can sit a little longer in periods of time so I can actually work.

Sense I began I went from having headaches 2-3 times a week to maybe 1 every 1-2 weeks. (Totally awesome!) Also my back pain was slowed drastically. I find myself wanting to do more and sleeping better. I just feel loads better overall and still have a ways to go! Very excited for the day the pain is fully gone!
