My husband and I paid this company to install a plethora of things from home theater equipment to appliances spending over $15,000 total. This company sold us our home theater setup. Not a cheap set up at that. Variable receivers to operate all the various zones of speakers, 15 in all. We also had purchased our built in refrigerator from them and had them install that as well. EVERY SINGLE thing we had purchased and installed had problems. I'm not kidding. Everything had problems.The built in refrigerator, they didn't bother getting all the specs on the fridge and where the plug in was supposed to be located in our home. An electrician had to come out and move the plug on the wall after the fridge arrived. SmartAV was supposed to be working with the people building our home so they were in close contact with them and could have made these decisions before the product arrived, but didn't.
