Established in 2004, Signature Wines is an award winning, urban, micro-winery on the eastside of Columbus, Ohio. Signature Wines has won medals from the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. Signature Wines won the Best Pub, Tavern, or Deli in Columbus TasteCasting's 2009 Best Of poll, the 2012 and 2013 People's Choice Award for Favorite Local Winery at the Grandview Chamber of Commerce's DigFest, and the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Best of Columbus Award in the Winery Tours category from the Columbus Award Program. Signature Wines was the winer in Drink Up Columbus’ 2014 Readers’ Poll in the Best Winery/Meadery category.
Signature Wines stands out from the other wineries in Ohio by making wine predominantly from whole California and Ohio grapes, and by offering private labeling for businesses, as well as personalized labels for special occasions. Needing additional production space, in 2012, Signature Wines expanded from 1200 square feet to 3600 square feet. In addition, the winery was renovated to accentuate its urban, industrial character; creating a unique tasting experience and event space.
