UnHappy and Uneven
There is no walk in appt. The hours are a lie. When I did finally get my hair cut and colored from Collette, it was perioxide looking and uneven. I didn't want to pay but she said I had to, very rude person!!! I wouldn' t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have spoken to three other people about Shags and they had the same experience. Never go there.
