We also often file them - and always send the Affidavit Proof of Publication to the customer.

Good morning, I would like information about publishing, etc. for a Fictitious Business Name Statement for my business. Thank you.
By on March 09, 2013i need to know the cost for running a fictitious business name statement for 4 wks, once per week.
By on December 10, 2009We are $40 to publish it for 4 weeks. Then we prove it published by making it into an affidavit and file that back at the County Clerk. When they finish with it, they stamp it and get it back to us & we mail the aff. to you. It then proves the business name is good for 5 years. Some banks and organizations need to see that too.
