I ordered a Spongebob cake from the bakery for my daughter's fourth birthday. We are from out of town and this party was the only reason we came to Reno. When I showed up just before her party, the lady who took my order had the wrong date down. No cake. Instead, they asked us to take a "happy graduation" ugly cake for free. Unfortunately I had no choice. One month later I called the store and one manager said he would give us a Spongebob cake for free for my sons birthday. Two days later I got a call from Ron Smith, the "manager", who was extremely unprofessional and horribly rude immediately. He said he would rather lose all of my family's business than give me anything more for free. This is not the first cake they had messed up. BEWARE: Do not buy a cake here. If you do, you can expect anarrogant call from the "manager" telling you that he doesn't need your business anyhow.
