I bought a gel nail set with my 15% off. When I came home I realized the brush it was supposed to include was missing. I went back the next day to exchange it, however they didnt have any other sets, so I decided I would get different gel items. I wanted my 15% off with the new items however they would not give it me because apperantley I had purchased a few other items with the set the day before. I dont understand why they couldnt give me 15% off my items considering : 1.Its not my fault the original item I bought was missing parts. 2. Its not my fault they didnt have any other sets to exchange with 3. It wouldnt have made a difference especially since the stuff I wanted to replace the set with was cheaper. Needless to say I just got my money back and walked out. This is just my most recent experience, but most the employees there dont know the meaning of customer service and treat you like garbage or youre stupid. When their "sale" items dont ring up on sale they try to argue with you about it until you show them the advertisement or the sign on the item
