I hope some businesses do realize that customer service is a major factor in helping someone decide if they will use their services. You can thank your receptionist for helping me decide NOT to use your services. I asked a general question of how much is charged to do taxes and I was told that each individual's price will be different based on their situation. I understand that. I asked what is generally charged for a 1040 long form (just wanted a nice guesstimate), I was informed that she is a receptionist not a accountant. Thank you, Captain Obvious. Thus, my decsion NOT to use your services.
