Horrible service here. My wife and I returned our movies(Milk and Slumdog Millionaire) and then were harassed for the following weeks with phone calls from Blockbuster saying we needed to return them. Eventually we were sent a bill for some obscene amount, 99$ per dvd i believe it was. Needless to say we contested this and contacted the BBB immediately.
