Summer in Baltimore City and life at Rachael's Dowry Bed and Breakfast fit together well.  Our kitchen garden, despite the heat, continues to produce tomatoes, beans, squash, okra, basil and many flowers.  Our guests have been out exploring Baltimore's Inner Harbor, attending conferences at the Baltimore Convention Center and Cheering their teams at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.  Luckily, Rachael's Dowry Bed and Breakfast is just a few steps from most of the attractions.  They can return to the bed and breakfast and step into the shade of the old magnolia tree, sit in the cool garden and relax.  Of course with the extraordinary heat of this summer, the cool air in their rooms is often more inviting.

Beautiful B&B!

What a beautiful bed and breakfast! The location is perfect and the innkeepers are very friendly and eager to accomodate. Should be on the top list of B&B's soon! Can't wait to visit again.

Comfort, convenience and hospitality

We stayed at Rachel's Dowry the weekend before New Years with another couple. We had very comfortable beds in our rooms and great gas fireplaces to ward off the cold. The house was beautifully decorated. Tish was very good and working around my dietary needs such as ...gluten free and dairy free breakfasts. There were cookies in the afternoon and bottles of wine that you could enjoy. This B and B is in a great location so you can walk into town easily. I would highly recommend this B and BEllen and Mark
