Lantana is our newest Energy Star model home. It has 2 X 6 exterior walls with blown fiberglass in the wall cavity giving it an approximate R20 value. Blown urethane is in the rafters (under the roof). It has a 15 SEER HVAC. It is a tightly sealed home with automatic fresh air intake and energy efficient windows. Like all of our homes, it's tightly sealed requiring less dusting and lower utility bills! Some of the features include:
