Proffitt Lumber Company Inc

Okay, We have dealt with Proffitt Lumber Company for years. We bought all of our kitchen cabinets there as well as trusses but no more!! My husband and I went there recently to buy another kitchen cabinet. The owner waited on us and told us he would look up the cabinets we bought previously and call us back. We never received that phone call. My husband had to call repeatedly to get in touch with him. We will be buying our cabinets elsewhere. They need to take Customer Service 101 and learn that you ALWAYS return phone calls
