Pardi James J II Attorney

Jim Pardi, is anything but a swindler, hes the consummate professional who takes his title of Attorney or GAL extremely seriously. I had Jim as a GAL and read the reviews, I was like no way. Then I met him and realized he is what every GAL should be: 100% focused on the best interest of his ward (our kid), yes, Jim will tell you, your child is his ward and Jim will ensure that the child's best interest are always first. Jim was worth every cent, his attention to detail is second to none. If you are not comfortable being told what your flaws are and willing to embrace his recommendations, as they are made with the child's best interest, I suggest you give up custody of your child as Jim would never ever place his ward in a situation that wasn't best. If it's not what you want as a parent, listen and implement the changes that Jim will recommend, I promise you, show him you're willing to look in the mirror and be a better parent and you will have no problems with Jim. I'm a single dad and we all have the thought that the courts favor the mother, if Jim Pardi is your GAL, the only thing that matters is his ward, he doesn't show any bias and I would suggest you never BS him because he will call you out, be honest, own up to whatever mistakes you may have made in life and show who you are now and who you will continue to be as parent to his ward, you'll be pleased with the results.

Biased. Arrogant. Money grubbing. Need I say more?

An absolute abomination for a guardian ad lidem. He drug our case out for 3 years and lined his pockets. As a GAL, Mr. Pardi is infamous for dragging cases out, yelling and being verbally abusive, running up ridiculous bills, and choosing a side or story and sticking to that above all else. He could not have been a worse GAL.

He refused to talk to teachers in a child custody matter, although education was the core of the case. To quote Mr. Pardi: "You have an over-emphasis on education with your child". Mr. Pardi is not honest, continually changing stories to fit the side he has chosen.

When I asked him what he thought of my ex admitting to directly violating HIS court order in court (and thereby subjecting her to contempt) he at first denied vociferously that anything had occurred. When faced with the evidence, he made excuses for my ex...that things wthat things were done before the court order, etc. Mr. Pardi accepts parents of 12-13 year olds reading them court documents
