Don't EVER go there!
I had the absolute worse experience from the time I walked in for an appointment to the time I FINALLY received my glasses. The staff is too busy socializing with themselves to properly check patients in and the owner Steve is too busy flirting with every female to notice things are running horribly behind schedule. After finally getting the young lady's attention to show me a few pairs of frames I was rushed through the process to finally select a pair.
I was told the glasses would be ready for pick up after a week and a half but it took more than 4 weeks! I had to constantly call the office to get a straight answer on where my glasses were. Finally once they came in I went to the office on a friday at 7 PM only to find it closed even though the website said they were open until 9!
I really try to support black owned businesses but I will NEVER go back there again!
