Old School Construction

He does not pay his subs or finish your home. He takes the money and give you a lot of empty promises. Do not use this builder. I'll have to seek legal representation to get satisfaction from this company.

Does not pay his subcontractors or finish the job. Unfortunately I believed what he said when I contracted him to build my home.
Don't use - you will get stuck paying the bills to have your home finished and all he will give you is empty promises on what he is going to do.

He doesn't pay subs... takes your money and runs! So far we have one lien placed on our home... and attorney fees adding up as I type!
