I agree. Don't trust this european con artist.
He took me and my husband's money and did not complete the job. He is not even licensed to do construction. We will be filing a police report to bring charges of theft by deception against this lowlife

A report has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.Do not trust Stan Brkovic, he is a scam artist, he will take your money and leave you high and dry without completing the job.He does not have an actual office as he works out of his van with two other guys. So if he rips you off, it's going to be a little tricky getting your money back.
