Very busy office. They told me not to schedule anything for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time due to the office being so busy. A few of the midwifes have a very bad bedside manner. For my first pregnancy visit, I felt that the appointment was very rushed and I did not have time to have all of my 4 questions answered that I had written down ahead of time. I called in the next day to ask a question I did not have time to ask the day of the appointment and got an answering machine for the nurses line. 24 hours later, I was still waiting for a return call. Hopefully you don't have an urgent need to get ahold of the nurses in the office.... I was very disappointed and will be switching to another facility for the remainder of my pregnancy.
